Rubber Ducky Isopods (Cubaris sp) are THE sought isopod for enthusiasts. Famous from Thailand, Rubber Ducky isopods prefer high humidity and deep substrate. Rubber Ducky Isopods like to burrow down to help them breed and molt. Rubber Ducky Isopods often spend a significant amount of time fully submerged into the substrate before and after molting. Famous for their faces, they gained their name for their distinct coloring. We usually see 1-10 sized broods. Although the Cubaris sp take a few months to acclimate fully, once established, they will breed year-round.
Each order placed contains a minimum of 6 well-established juvenile/adult isopods!

Shipping Policy
We ship Monday-Wednesday. Live animals are guaranteed only if shipped hub to hub. Photos of DOA must be taken within 2 hours of arrival/pickup time.

We generally do not offer refunds unless the animal is delivered to a FedEx hub and picked up within one hour. If at that time the animal is deceased, the vendor will be required to refund payment. Other than that, we cannot guarantee proper care after delivery and any requests will be taken on a case by case basis.
