Whatever your shipping needs may be, “WE HAVE YOU COVERED”!   All Frogs must Ship via FedEx Priority Overnight, and be held at your local FedEx Hub for customer pick up. Here at T.A.D.F. we will stand by the health of Our  Poison Dart Frogs.  We have chosen the best quality of Breeders, and take extreme care for the health and happiness of our Frogs.  In a nutshell… we love our Frogs!  Because of this, we will only ship Frogs that in 100% in good health. We can  only offer “Live Arrival Guarantee”, if Frogs are shipped from one FedEx Hub to Another FedEx Hub.  This ensures they will be not thrown in the back of a delivery truck, with no heat or air conditioning, and then driven around town for however long it may take to finally  be delivered to your home or business.  This means No FedEx Store Deliveries, No Walgreens, or No Rite Aid  Deliveries!  We ship only per SYR Guidelines, and they provide us a list of available pick-up locations based on the zip code you provided.  Please email us to let us know if you have a specific Hub you would like to pick your Frogs up from.  If you choose to pre-arrange a home delivery instead of Hub Pick-Up…YOU LOOSE ANY LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE GIVIN PER THE COURIERS POLICY.

IT’S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN… SUMMER HAS ARRIVED AND WITH THAT COMES SOME SHIPPING DISASTERS! However, we here at T.A.D.F. do go the extra mile to make sure your Flies/Frogs/ and or Microfauna arrive to you snug as bugs …..THE VERY FIRST TIME WE SHIP!  We shall always ship using 1 or 2 inch Styrofoam panels (depending on distance and route temps), with 1 to 4 gel cooling packs,A to try and keep cool.  This allows us to have over a  98% Success Rate on all of our (1st Time) Fly and Microfauna Shipments! 

***PLEASE TAKE NOTE…..we can NOT OFFER LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE ON ANY GROUND, USPS PRIORITY, UPS GROUND, OR 2ND AND 3RD DAY SELECT SHIPMENTS DURING THE ABOVE LISTED DATES.  We have seen reports of delivery trucks reaching Temps of 140` and above, and no amount of Ice/Gel Cooling Packs, Styrofoam, Phase Packs, or Insulated Shipping Containers will save Our Shipments of Fruit Flies, Isopods, or Springtails From Loss. FRUIT FLIES AND MICROFAUNA SHIPMENTS- OUTSIDE OF SUMMER SHIPPING

All Fruit Fly and Microfauna shipments May or May Not come in an insulated box, with 1 to 4 cold packs, depending on The Weather Conditions at The Time of Shipping.  If Temps along the route go above Mid- 70’s, we will most likely decide to start insulating and using cold packs to ensure your order arrives alive and well.  This will be on us and  “Live Arrival Guarantee” will remain in effect as long as ship times are 3 days or less, and temps along the route remain below 80 or above 42. We Do NOT Generally Use Heat Packs, even in Winter, because we are located in Florida and more often than not…. we are shipping from mid 70’s to cooler climates and find heat packs to be Too Hot for the 1st Part of The Trip. This has caused us some issue, so we reserve the right to judge if we feel temps are cold enough at time of departure to use Heat Packs…again that decision shall be on us! We will Guarantee Live Arrival as long as temps are within above stated range.  If shipping temps are outside of these perimeters;  then THEY MUST BE HELD at Post Office, and MUST be picked up the same day as arrival. for LAG to remain in effect.  If Pick Up IS an option; please either TEXT US at 727-400-7264, or Email Us at Jessica@ToadallyAwesomeDarts.com, with your order number to let us know that you want held at the Post Office, or FedEx Shipping Hub.  We can Guarantee each order to arrive alive and well, for up to 2 hours after Pick Up or Delivery.  The only other option is to choose FedEx Priority Overnight, USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS, or UPS Next Day Air Services.  This will guarantee arrival the very next day, and I can then Guarantee  Live Arrival.
